How do I book a tour?

Simply navigate to the tour you're interested in, pick a date and number of travelers, and click "Book Now". This will take you to our secure checkout page where you can finalize your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour date. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days, we offer a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.

What should I bring on a day trip?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (layers are always a good idea!), a water bottle, a camera, and some cash for personal expenses or gratuities. For hiking tours, sturdy shoes are a must.

How fit do I need to be?

Each tour has an "Activity Level" rating (Light, Moderate, Challenging). "Light" tours involve gentle walking. "Moderate" tours may include several hours of hiking on varied terrain. "Challenging" tours are for experienced hikers. Please check the tour details and contact us if you have any concerns.
